TICKETS

Tickets are automatically sent via email as an e-ticket.

Please remember to bring the email confirmation of your tickets with you to the event as you will need these to provide your booking reference number.

Entry on the day will be available. You’ll need to visit the South Gate Ticket Booth to purchase on the day tickets.

Weekend camping and exhibitor tickets are pre-booking only.

Tickets cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded once a booking has been placed. This is subject to any rights you may have pursuant to Ticket Plan Protection purchased when you brought the tickets.

GENERAL

Saturday 4th June

07:00 – Showground open to exhibitors and traders

09:45 – Car park opens to visitors

10:00 – Ticket booths and festival open to visitors

19:00 – 22:30 Live Music and Bar open

23:00 Showground closes to day visitors

There is plenty of free on-site parking available at the showground. Please follow the event signs and our marshals will direct you where to park.

There will be toilet blocks (cleaned regularly between uses), a shower block for campers, selection of food and drinks stands.

A cash machine is located on Row 5 of Avenue G, see event map for location.

If you’re a blue badge holder; please use the Brown Gate for allocated parking near the showground entrance. You’ll find disabled toilets at the following toilet blocks; Red gate, Severn hall and Stockmans. These are marked on the event map. You can book scooter or wheelchair hire directly from Event Mobility or call 01386 725391.

The event will include a range of different food and drink options. Please see the event map for details.

Yes you can, however we have worked hard on providing a fantastic selection of food outlets at the festival, most of which are local businesses so please think about supporting these as well. If you are bringing your own, please no glass bottles.

We are dog friendly however please keep them on leads at all times, respect others and please clean up after your pets.

Yes, the festival is an event for all the family and welcomes all ages. Children under 5 can enter the festival for free. Children over 5 must purchase a ticket. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent, responsible adult or carer.

First Aid and a Fire Safety team are available during the duration of the festival and for campers.

Yes, we will have security. If you experience any difficulties or have any problems, please report to any security stewards on the site straight away.

Yes, the specific location will be confirmed nearer the event.

CAMPING

Your camping pitch whether tent, caravan or motorhome must not exceed 6 metres in length.

Arrival times for campers as follows: 

Friday 18:00 – 21:00

Saturday 07:00 – 10:00

You will need to be off site by 12noon on Sunday 5th June.

Yes there are several toilet blocks around the venue and shower units will be provided.

Camping will need to be pre-booked and be open until 1st June unless sold out. Camping will be on a first come basis until camping pitches have sold out.

Yes we will have separate areas for exhibitors and traders to the general camping area. General camping will be split into 4 zones; family, quiet, chatty and noisy camping! Please state where you wish to be when booking a ticket.

TRADERS

Traders can access the venue as follows;

Friday 18:00 – 21:00

Saturday 07:00 – 09:30

Trading will commence on Saturday between 10:00 and 18:00. There will be no vehicle movement between these times and you must remain in place until 18:00 on Saturday.

Please see Traders page for pitch sizes. If you need bigger, please enquire with us. Trade vehicles, unless part of your stand, will need to be parked in the Traders Car Park, a short walk away from the trading area.
