  1. Attend at your own risk

  2. Visitors will not be allowed admission to the festival without a valid ticket.

  3. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, transferred or re-sold for commercial gain.

  4. The festival will not be cancelled in the event of poor weather unless extreme. In the event that the festival is necessary to cancel, visitors will be notified using the email address used to book tickets and a notification will be posted on our website and social media platforms. The organisers will not be held liable for any incidental costs that occur as a result of cancellation including but not exclusive to: travel, hotel, restaurants.

  5. Cancellation of the festival due to Covid-19, you will be offered alternative dates for the festival and all tickets will be carried forward.

  6. Visitors should not attend if they are showing signs of symptoms of COVID-19, have been in contact with someone who has tested positive in the last 14 days or have been told to isolate themselves by the NHS.

  7. The organisers cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property brought to the festival.

  8. No alcohol is allowed to be brought onto the site.

  9. Marketing emails will only be sent to individuals who have specifically given their permission to receive such offers. All customers have the choice to opt-out , or unsubscribe, from marketing emails and other communications at any time. Our mailing lists and customer information is not for sale and is never passed to any third party. We do not hold any payment information about credit cards or transactions.

  10. We reserve the right to take photographs and videography at our events and use them for our business purposes. By attending the festival, visitors authorise such photography and recording and permits the organiser to use their images for promotional purposes in any media, without liability, compensation or credit. If you believe this may impact your right to privacy you should contact us.

  11. All advance bookings are subject to a single transaction fee.
