Please Note:

• A Trader booking includes 2 admissions and camping. For any additional personnel, you will need to purchase extra admissions.
• Pitch sizes can differ depending on what you need; prices below. If you need a bigger pitch, please enquire with us before booking so we can secure your site. 
• Pitches will primarily be outside so please bear this in mind. There may be limited pitches available inside.
• Please let us know if you need electrical hook ups. This is charged as extra as is supplied by the showsite ‘at cost’ to traders to cover the fee incurred.
• The trade area will be open to the public from 10:00 – 18:00 on Saturday 4th June. All traders will be able to arrive from Friday from 18:00 until 21:00 or Saturday 07:00 – 09:30. Trade stand setup must be completed by 10:00 Saturday when visitors start to arrive on site. Camping included.
• All traders MUST remain in place until 18:00 on Saturday 4th. You are welcome to stay after trading has ceased and enjoy the rest of the festival. 
• No authorised vehicle movements on site between 10:00 and 18:00 on Saturday unless pre-authorised through event control. 
• There is limited parking directly behind the trade stands unless your vehicle is part of your stand – all other vehicles will be asked to park in the Trade Stand Car Park area.
• No direct food and drink concessions are permitted to be sold by traders unless by pre-arrangement as the food village is contracted by the showground.

Trade Pitch Prices (includes camping)
3m x 3m pitch = £80 + VAT
4.5m x 3m pitch = £100 + VAT
6m x 3m pitch = £120 + VAT
All pitches over these sizes, please contact us for bespoke price packages. Pitches will be invoiced prior to the event.
